HYDRATE

Drink, drink, drink! The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your workout. We have water fountains available at the club, so you can bring your water bottle and fill it up for your workout.

SNACK

You heard it from your mom: be sure to eat a little something before you exercise. We recommend eating a light snack 30 minutes before you stride.

WHAT TO WEAR

If you’ve never trained with us at FIRE Fitness,we suggest sporting a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom.

CHECK IN

Nothing’s worse than a last minute set-up! Do yourself a favor and come to the studio 15 minutes before class or personal training session begins. Be sure to let the front desk know you’re a newbie and we’ll get you set up for your workout.

LOCKERS & CHANGING ROOMS

Your stuff is safe at FIRE! Our daily lockers have coded keypads, so no need to bring a clunky lock. If you’re not familiar with the system, ask for a tutorial or read the directions inside the locker.They’re easy! You bring the attitude we provide the rest! Workout towels and bath towels ready and waiting. Our luxurious showers, beauty products and changing facilities will keep you looking and feeling like a million bucks.
